THE BIKE PARK: A HUGE PLAYGROUND!

In total, there are 149km of marked trails and 10 ski lifts accessible to mountain bikers. PROGRESS IN ENDURO AND DH WITH EASE
Beginners will be able to try out DH and Enduro in complete safety, thanks to the 3 green trails spread throughout the Bike Park: the "Easy Rider" (Arc 1600), the "Tranks" (Arc 2000), the "Country Kids" (Peisey-Vallandry) and the "Kids Rocks" (Arc 1800). They will be able to progress quickly on the blue trails linking the 4 Bike Park sites.
To start with, a Bike Patrol advises: "If you've mastered braking on the flat (no more skidding), can get out of the saddle and ride at a reduced speed without putting your feet on the ground, you're at the right level to access the Bike Park's green Enduro and DH trails!
EASY, IDENTIFIABLE TRAILS
As in winter in the ski area, the pistes are graded from green to black. The green and blue mountain bike trails are designed to allow beginners to progress gradually. The obstacles are minimal and perfectly adapted to the level of difficulty of mountain bikers. The gradient is reduced so that the speed corresponds to the level of the biker. These trails are patrolled daily by Bike Patrols to ensure they are constantly maintained for everyone's safety.
FACILITIES DEDICATED TO LEARNING
As well as trails designed for beginners, the Bike Park offers a range of educational workshops to help you learn to ride in complete safety. The Bike Park has green trails on which you'll find all the learning instructions along the way, so that you can adopt the attitudes and behaviour that will enable you to progress gradually, and thus gain access to trails of greater difficulty. Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry is an easy place to get around and access the Bike Park's different trails, as all the mountain bike routes are linked by ski lifts.
MOUNTAIN BIKING IS THE BEST WAY TO DISCOVER THE MOUNTAINS
Discover the area by mountain bike and enjoy yourself at the same time! If you're a contemplative biker, you'll be able to discover and appreciate the vast expanse and diversity of the landscape at different altitudes and on different slopes. If you're a recreational rider, you'll be surprised by the accessibility of the mountain bike trails. As a "plains" rider, the green and blue trails will lead you past sympathetic roots, perfectly placed rocks and sufficiently steep bends to enable you to ride easily and learn skills in complete safety.
