THIS WINTER I SKI WITH 2 PASS: MY SKI PASS AND MY HEALTH PASS
 
What is the health pass?

It concerns all persons aged 16 and over.
It consists of the presentation, in the form of a digital or paper QR code, of one of the following three health proofs
Proof of complete vaccination schedule
A certificate of recovery less than six months old
Or a certificate of contraindication to vaccination.

The "activities" health pass remains in force for minors aged 12 to 15.

  • The recognised QR-Codes are those issued in the EU and in the following countries: United Kingdom, Israel, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkey, Norway, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Northern Macedonia, Moldavia, Morocco, Monaco, New Zealand, Panama, San Marino and the Vatican.
  • Citizens of other countries must validate their health pass by presenting their valid passport and local vaccination certificate (paper format) in an authorised French pharmacy to show that they have been vaccinated with an EU-recognised vaccine.  The nearest authorised pharmacy is located at 20 Rue de la Basilique in Aime-la-Plagne (73210).
  • This procedure may be payable (36€ maximum).
  1. COMPLIANCE WITH THE HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS
 
The entire ski resort is committed to implementing and enforcing the health protocol recommended by the French government. Our Tourist Office teams, our merchants and our ski area have worked and received training on a protocol for welcoming our holidaymakers in order to give them a wonderful holiday.
 
Reminder of the health recommendations:
  • Wearing a mask (or neck strap) is compulsory for anyone above 11 years old in transport, ski lifts (queues for ski lifts and cable cars), at equipment rental companies, in the Tourist Office, at accommodation providers, in bars and restaurants, in ski schools.
  • Social distancing of at least 1m is required.
  • All enclosed spaces, places open to the public, accommodation providers, equipment rental companies and transport spaces are cleaned regularly with hydroalcoholic gel (surfaces and equipment).
  • Hydroalcoholic gel is available to holidaymakers in public places.
  • The health pass is mandatory in the following places:
    • Transport.
    • Cinemas and any other enclosed space.
    • Bars and restaurants.
    • Ski lifts and ski lift sales points.

  1. PEISEY-VALLANDRY RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
 
If the “Covid-19” criterion appears on the accommodation's description, here is the list of cases that will be taken into account and that will give rise to a reimbursement of your reservation without any costs:
  • Closure of the French or European borders or the borders of the client's country of origin or that of a transit country.
  • Non-essential travel prohibited by the country of origin, a transit country or France.
  • Quarantine (or any other period of strict confinement) by the country of origin, a transit country or France.
  • Governmental or prefectoral decree imposing in France a limitation of travel by kilometer or the closure of tourist accommodation, or the closure of ski lifts (in winter season).
 
Refunds without charge and deadline:
  • The insurance premiums paid by the client and the booking fees charged by Peisey-Vallandry Réservation are not refundable.
  • The deadline for accepting a refund without charge is set at D-15 before arrival. Beyond this date, the usual terms and conditions apply: click here to discover them.
 
Cancellation insurance:
Peisey-Vallandry Réservation offers you a cancellation insurance (3.3% of the rental price) SAM LOCPLUS which covers you and each participant of the group, in case you fall ill just before the stay: positive test within 7 days before departure and/or refusal of boarding in a public transport.
