In the enchanting setting of the Church of the Holy Trinity, discover Bach's Musical Offering, one of his final works, performed by Dominique Serve and the ensemble Les Temps Présents.

Dedicated to Frederick II of Prussia, who is said to have himself proposed the theme, The Musical Offering (Das Musikalische Opfer, 1747) is one of Johann Sebastian Bach's very last compositions. A true masterpiece of Baroque music, it combines the rigor of a counterpoint of rare complexity with deeply emotional inspiration, offering the audience a journey that is both intellectual and sensitive.

For this exceptional evening, Dominique Serve and the ensemble Les Temps Présents (with Alice Piérot on violin, Anne Parisot on traverso, Colin Heller on violin and viola, Harm Jan Schwitters on cello, and Dominique Serve on harpsichord) deliver an intense and refined interpretation of this masterful work.
