GUIDED TOUR “ZOOM SUR L’ARCHITECTURE”  - ARC 1600

Immerse yourself in the unique architecture and design of Les Arcs during this special event at the beginning of April.
EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU!
Unusual perspectives, interesting shadows, fascinating architectural details and breath-taking panorama. Discover the highlights of the resort with our tour guide Jean Marie Chevronnet.
Everyone is welcome to take part in this visit for amateur photographers; don’t forget to bring your camera or smartphone.

SUNSET ON THE AIGUILLE ROUGE  – Arc 2000


 
Saturday 8 April (Easter weekend)
Meet at 4.45 pm at the bottom of the AIGUILLE ROUGE cable car

Once again the season, the ski area makes this original and exclusive outing available just to property owners!
A drink and tasting of regional produce at the top of the Aiguille Rouge at 3,226m.
Ski down after the ski area closing with the piste patrols. An outstanding and unforgettable moment!!
Please present yourself at the start of the cable car at 4.45pm so that the organization team can ensure your presence (and point the absent).
Return to Arc 1600, Arc 1800 and Peisey-Vallandry by shuttle busses leaving from Arc 2000 (departures at 6.30, 6.55 or 7.10pm)
SPECIAL OUTING OFFERED by ADS Ski lift Co. (including aperitif buffet)

A minimum skiing level of 3 stars is required.

SNOWSHOEING AT THE COL DE LA CHAL – ARC 1800


 
Wednesday 12 April - 9.30 a.m. – Meet at the bottom of the Transarc escalator, next to “Le petit panier” shop – Arc 1800.
 
Join mountain guide Antoine from the “Balades du Colporteur” on a showshoe hike at an altitude of 2600m. Admire the breath-taking scenery during this guided walk lasting 2h30.
Ride the Transarc Gondola to reach the summit, and leave the ski slopes behind for a total immersion in a natural environment. Our guide will share his knowledge and passion of these magnificent surroundings
Hike NOT RECOMMENDED for people with heart or lung problems.
Meet at 9:30 a.m. at the bottom of the Transarc escalator, next to “Le petit panier” shop to collect your snowshoes provided by the guide. Please bring your own ski poles, backpack and drinking water. Suitable waterproof clothing and hiking boots with proper ankle support must be worn. Moonboots will not be accepted.

GUIDED TOUR "MANUFACTURING SECRETS"  À PEISEY-VALLANDRY



Wednesday 19th April - 2pm - Meeting point at the chapel of Saint Pierre in Villaret - Peisey-Vallandry    
 
Discover the mysteries of painting and sculpture techniques in the Baroque period : pigments, binders, gilding, rabbit skin glue and blanc de Meudon will no longer hold any secrets for you. Discover what goes on behind the scenes with Sylvie Gotteland, a guide from the FACIM Foundation and Isabelle Desse, a local painter who helped restore the chapel !
Meeting point at 2pm in front of the Saint-Pierre chapel in Villaret.
