Breathe, relax, liberate: treat yourself to an enchanted interlude, an invitation to energize your body and mind, to create and dance in the kindness of a small group, in the heart of nature.

The day's program will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a biodynamic relaxation session, which will allow you to gently release accumulated tension and rebalance energy throughout your body through a gentle bodywork practice, accessible to all.

From 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., you will be invited to engage in an invigorating improvisational dance: a moment of simplicity and shared joy outdoors, where you will freely explore movement and personal expression to boost your vitality.

After a convivial break, we will meet again from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a painting and drawing session in the great outdoors. You will be able to express and contemplate your emotions by tracing your gestures with ink, watercolor, and pastel charcoal, in a soothing and inspiring setting.

Leave with the inner smile brought on by a moment of breathing, creation, and loving connection.

Prices:

Adult course (4 days): €140 / 4 half-days: €110 / 1 day: €50
Children's course (4 half-days): €90 / 1 half-day: €25
Biodynamic Relaxation (4 days, 9am-9:45am): €35
