A day dedicated to the discovery of Nordic activities where many actors of Peisey-Vallandry are mobilised to welcome the public and allow them to try these different leisure activities, in the form of baptisms or initiations

Join us at the Pont Baudin Nordic site for a day out discovering Nordic activities.
On the programme: introductions to cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowshoeing and ski joëring. You can also take a reindeer sleigh ride in the morning. In the morning and afternoon, you'll be able to see the sled dogs and Manu the musher as he prepares to leave with customers. Throughout the day, you'll be offered a 4-hour ski pass, as well as snowshoe and cross-country ski hire. There will be a basket weigh-in to win! Hot drinks will be available. The toboggan run and the "L'hivernal" orienteering course are freely accessible (sledges available on site). Depending on the fresh snow, a snow sculpture competition may be held in the afternoon, with prizes awarded at 4pm and a taffy on snow (a kind of maple syrup lollipop). All these activities are offered in partnership with the Peisey-Vallandry Nordic Centre, the Peisey-Vallandry ESF, Le Trappeur, Au Baudet Malin and Ranch El Colorado.
