Saro or Mandravasarotra is a powerful purifying plant. Its name means ‘keeps diseases away’ in Malagasy.

In the same spirit, the practice of Naturopathy aims to rebalance and preserve your health.

This discipline also aims to make you aware of a set of care methods designed to help your body heal itself in a natural and ecological way. It is based mainly on 4 pillars: diet, hydration, movement and sleep.
It also uses other tools such as massage to bring the body vitality and help it to relax..
