I'm Bistou (alias Steeve Delbray), I don't like routine and I don't like to do things the same way as everyone else. I try to make you discover the mountain and snowshoeing in a different way through the Bistou Montagne offers !

We'll take a day trip to discover snow-covered mountain pastures, a remote valley or a forgotten village!
On a walk lasting 4 to 5 hours, we'll stop in the middle of the wild mountains to sample a selection of local charcuterie, a Savoyard fondue and blueberry tarts!

A VERY tasty stopover in a wild and enchanting setting!
We'll hike up to the summits or into a wild valley to enjoy sumptuous panoramas and try to flush out the wildlife.
At lunchtime, Bistou will whip up an authentic Savoyard aperitif with local charcuteries from master craftsmen, and then turn into a cook to whip up a Savoyard fondue topped with a blueberry tart. A light meal for a light mind!
All served in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by snow and nature.
After a good meal and a nap, we'll try to make our own way back...
If you want to get back to nature without making our hike an endurance test, you may be asked to pay an extra €8 if you use the ski lifts or contribute to the cost of the journey, or even take your own car.
