A revitalizing break in the mountains, at an altitude of 1,600 meters, in a peaceful natural setting with a view of the mountain ranges and Mont Blanc.
On the program:
• 2 yoga practices per day (Hatha & Vinyasa), suitable for beginners and intermediates alike – no need to be flexible or experienced
• Guided meditations, wellness workshops, and shared evenings
• Breathing and pranayama workshops
• Forest walks and short hikes to explore the beauty of the Savoyard landscapes
• Ecstatic dance to free and reconnect
• Moments of rest, silence, and simple sharing

The location:
A warm and comfortable hotel, conducive to calm and reconnection, nestled in the heart of nature in Savoie.

Meals:
Full board included with homemade, healthy, and balanced dishes. Vegetarian or vegan menus available upon request.

Rates:
• Single room + full board: €520
• Double room + full board: €420
• Yoga & activity package: €100 per person

Places limited to 12 participants.
