  • GUIDED TOUR of the snow production plant at Pré Saint Esprit How and when is artificial snow produced? Why? And how different is it from its natural counterpart?
  • PRESENTATION of the micro-hydroelectric plant – Arc 2000
As part of a renewable energy deployment program, ADS has created a micro-hydroelectric plant by utilizing existing snow production network infrastructures while preserving aquatic environments and water resources.

Giant Slalom Race (Flèche Type) – Monday, 10th February 2025 – Arc 1800
On the TETRAS slalom stadium in Arc 1800, test your skills at the Owners’ Race.
 Meet at 9:30 AM at the top of the Villards gondola, at the foot of the slalom stadium, by the timing tower, to collect your bib and inspect the course.
The first start is scheduled for 10:30 AM.
Race format: Giant slalom with one run (Flèche type)
Three categories are defined (with separate rankings for men and women in each):
• Children up to 13 years old
• Adults 14 to 49 years old
• Seniors 50 and over
IMPORTANT: The required skill level is equivalent to the Gold Star or Class 3 level
At the finish line of the slalom stadium, hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate) will be served.
Results will be announced around 12:15 PM, followed by the prize-giving ceremony.
FREE registration is MANDATORY, subject to availability, from Saturday, 1st February at 9:00 AM until Friday, 7th February at 12:00 PM.
Places are limited and reserved for non-professionals
Each participant must have a valid ski pass.
Reminder: Sports activities may involve risks of accidents, so participants must ensure they are properly insured.

MORNING SLEDGING 1800
Wednesday, 19th February 2025 - from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Sledge Shop, Villards Gondola Departure
A private slope for two hours just for you: property owners!! Costumed participants are welcome in celebration of Mardi Gras!
Meet at 10:30 AM at the sledge shop, at the departure point of the Villards gondola in Arc 1800.
MORNING SLEDGING OFFERED by ADS: EQUIPMENT (sledge and helmet) + ACCESS TO THE SLEDGING SLOPE + FREE ACCESS TO THE VILLARDS GONDOLA.
Free registration required subject to availability. Registration from Monday, 10th February in the morning until Monday, 17th February at noon. Children aged 4 to 7 must ride on the same sledge with a responsible adult. Children aged 8 to 12 must also be accompanied by a responsible adult. Minors over 12 years old not accompanied must provide organisers with written parental authorisation, including a mobile phone number. Reminder: Sports activities may involve risks of accidents, and it is necessary that each participant is properly insured. Activity subject to weather and snow conditions. MORNING SLEDGING 2000
Wednesday, 26th February 2025 - from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Meeting Point: Chalet Sledge 2000, Col de la Chal (at the summits of Transarc and Arcabulle)
Embark on 3km of twists and slides! Private slope! Multiple runs possible depending on attendance.
MORNING SLEDGING OFFERED by ADS: EQUIPMENT (sledge and helmet) + FREE ACCESS TO THE SLEDGING SLOPE
Free registration required, subject to availability. Registration from Monday, 17th February in the morning until Monday, 24th February at noon. All participants must have a valid ski or pedestrian pass.
IMPORTANT: To access the Col de la Chal, you must use ski lifts. Please plan your ascent carefully to avoid being delayed at the departures. During February/March holidays, ski lifts open earlier.

Access Conditions

Access to Sledge 2000 is restricted to participants aged 10+ and a minimum height of 1.25m. Children aged 10 to 12 may participate provided they are accompanied by an adult who will sledge alongside them on a second sledge. Minors over 12 years old who are unaccompanied must provide organisers with written parental authorisation, including a mobile phone number. Reminder: Sports activities may involve risks of accidents, and participants must ensure they are properly insured. Activity subject to weather and snow conditions.
