From Monday 26 June to Sunday 2 July 2023, Peisey-Vallandry is organising its third Wellness Week! What is the difference with wellness? Wellness is a happier state than well-being, an improvement in well-being
To this end, various workshops focusing on personal development and physical and mental fitness will be offered to visitors throughout the week (nature dance, Afghan walk, pulsology, sound bath, amma massage, hypnosis, etc.). All of which will allow visitors to return to their daily lives soothed and refreshed!

Programme 2023 :

SUNDAY 25 JUNE :

5PM: WELCOME AND PRESENTATION OF WELLNESS WEEK
Welcome and presentation of Wellness Week by Lionel Fernandez from the Peisey-Vallandry Tourist Office and a representative of the Savoie EPJGV departmental committee.

Monday 26th :
- 9am to 10am Zen Body with Christina
- 10.30am to 11.30am Conscious Walking with Christina
- 2.30 to 4pm Numerology (Hervé VARRAZ)
- 5pm to 6pm Approach to Yoga through breathing and relaxation Isabelle

Tuesday 27 :
- Botanical outing MO DION 9am to 12pm Botanical walk the spring flora
- Pilates Isabelle 9am to 10am
- Nordic Yoga Isabelle 10.30am to 11.30am
- To be seen Symbolic Medicine Anne DESMOULIN 2 to 5 pm
- Stretching Christina 5pm to 6pm

Wednesday 28th :
- MO DION 9am to 12pm nature outing Sylvotherapy
- Body Zen Christina 9am to 10am
- MO DION 2pm to 5pm nature outing sylvotherapy
- Béatrice N'Diaye 2pm to 4pm sonotherapy Tibetan bowls
- Isabelle Yoga approach through breathing and relaxation

Thursday 29th :
- Guides' office 9am to 12pm Afghan walk or meditative walk
- Pilates Isabelle 9am to 10am
- Nordic Yoga Isabelle 10.30am to 11.30am
- Sound bath Beatrice N'Diaye 2pm to 4pm
- Stretching Christina

Friday 30th :
- 09h to 10h Body Zen Christina
- 10:30 to 11:30 Conscious Walking Christina
- 5pm to 6pm Postural Gym Isabelle

Saturday 01
- Pilates Isabelle from 09h to 10h
- Danse nature Christophe GRANDFILS 10:30am to 12:30pm
- Postural Ball Delphine from 16h to 17h
- Stretching Christina 17h to 18h

Sunday 02
- 9am to 10am Postural Ball Delphine
- 9am to 12pm Afghan walk or meditative walk
- Massages all day Valérie
