In the heart of the Vanoise National Park: a short tour through Champagny. A superb setting. Col de Plan Sery, Col de la Grassaz, Lac Verdet, Lac de Gratalu, Lac de la Plagne.
First stage Rosuel - refuge d'Entre-le lac (2 144 m) If you are in good shape you can also go and sleep at the refuge de Plaisance sur Champagny via the col de Plan Séry.
Second day: the tour of the Pointe de la V.: climb to the Col de Plan Séry. (2 609 m) Descend on the other side until you get around the "roc des chèvres" and the "pointe de la V". At the "Esserieux" flat, leave the path to continue southwards on the side of a needle until you find the path that goes up to the "col de la Grassaz" (2 637 m). We join the GR5. Either you go back to spend a night at the refuge of Entre - le - lac, or you follow the GR5, leaving it downstream of the Plan de la Plagne to join Rosuel by passing under the big Cascade!
Difficulties: difficult because it is long and part of the path is not really marked out. It is possible to climb to the top of the Pointe de Vallaisonnay (3020m) from the Col de la Grassaz or via the Col de Roche Noire, off the trail.
