New for Winter 2025-2026
Discover the exciting new features that will make your winter in Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry unforgettable. With modernity, comfort and unique experiences, this season promises to be one to remember!
The new Villaroger gondola lift
From December 2025, Villaroger will be transformed with the arrival of a modern, high-speed gondola lift.
- 40 ten-seater cabins for optimal comfort
- Ascent time reduced to 6 minutes 45 seconds (a saving of 10 minutes)
- New reception area with ski school, tourist office, shop and ticket machines
- 112-space underground car park with charging stations
- 114 ski lockers, shops and snack bar
Inspired by nature, the gondola lift will showcase the ‘lifeline’ connecting Alpine flora and fauna, with exemplary ecological monitoring (3,000 trees replanted, preservation of the black grouse, creation of a wetland area).
Transarc: a new mountain experience
After two years of transformation, the Transarc cable car (Arc 1800 – Col de la Chal) unveils its new look.
- More spacious and faster 10-seater cabins: ascent in 13 minutes instead of 20.
- Enriched Mineral Gallery: an immersive journey tracing the links between humans and minerals, with a relaxation area and ski lockers.
- Balcony above the clouds: a fun panoramic terrace with a slide, climbing wall, binoculars and picnic area facing the peaks.
- A smooth journey: modernised reception and sales area at Arc 1800, convenient escalator, and intermediate station equipped with rest areas.
Transarc becomes much more than just a means of transport: a complete adventure, combining discovery, contemplation and thrills.
Chronoski: a slope for learning to control your speed
At Arc 1800, a new fun slope teaches young and old alike about speed and safety:
- Gradual introduction on a gentle slope
- Stopwatch to test your descent time
- Braking zone with souvenir photo
- Code of honour for skiing inspired by martial arts, for peace of mind on the slopes
Combining challenge and learning, this experience gives everyone the right reflexes to enjoy skiing safely and with peace of mind.
The Minis trail is expanding
At Arc 1800, the green Minis trail continues to transform into a real adventure playground for children. This winter, three new giant inhabitants are joining the trail:
- 🐜 The ant family, tireless explorers of the mountains
- 🐞 A colourful ladybird, symbol of luck and good humour
- 🦗 A majestic praying mantis, the surprising guardian of the site
These new play modules complement the already magical world of the trail. Children can explore between giant sculptures and natural scenery, discovering Alpine biodiversity while having fun.
