Linked to the vast Paradiski area, Peisey-Vallandry offers direct access to 425 km of downhill ski slopes, set among snow-covered forests and glacial peaks. For Nordic skiing enthusiasts, the Rosuel site offers 43 km of trails and a biathlon stadium.

With family or friends, enjoy a wide range of activities: snowshoeing, ski touring or exploring the Mountain Animal Museum.

A summer in the great outdoors

In summer, Peisey-Vallandry becomes a giant playground. With over 450 km of hiking trails, a 151 km Bike Park, routes for all types of bikes (road, gravel and enduro) and a multitude of free outdoor activities (beach volleyball, tennis, football, basketball and a brand new Disc Golf course), all at an altitude of over 1,600 metres with views of Mont Blanc.

So set off on an adventure in the footsteps of the Cairn Man, climb up to the high-altitude lakes or enjoy the magnificent panoramic views from the terraces facing Mont Blanc.

Charming villages between valley and peaks

 

  • Landry: Located at 780 metres, this village at the entrance to the valley is home to the SNCF railway station and provides easy access to the resort via shuttle bus.
     
  • Peisey: At 1,320 metres, the historic capital of the commune charms visitors with its heritage, traditional architecture and authentic atmosphere.
     
  • Moulin: This typical, unspoilt hamlet is crossed by the GR5 long-distance footpath and offers a discovery trail combining heritage and nature.
     
  • Nancroix: Nestled at an altitude of 1,450 metres, this peaceful hamlet is the ideal starting point for exploring the Rosuel Nordic ski area and the Vanoise National Park.
     
  • Vallandry: At an altitude of 1,600 metres, this family-friendly resort in the commune of Landry offers all the amenities you need and privileged access to the ski area.
     
  • Plan-Peisey: Located at an altitude of 1,650 metres, this village is the tourist hub of the resort, offering panoramic views and direct access to the slopes.

At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park

Peisey-Vallandry is the ideal starting point for exploring the Vanoise National Park, France's first national park, created in 1963. This unspoilt area, a refuge for many iconic species such as ibex and bearded vultures, invites you to contemplate and discover Alpine biodiversity.

    The roof of Europe can be seen from the resort's most beautiful viewpoints, particularly from the panoramic terrace in Vallandry.

  • The Aiguille Rousse and the Alliet

  • Mont Pourri (3,779 m)
    Majestic and wild, it dominates the Peisey-Nancroix valley and marks the entrance to the Vanoise National Park.
     
  • La Grande Casse (3,855 m)
    The highest peak in the Vanoise, visible from the heights of Rosuel, it symbolises the park's unspoilt nature.
