Experience Biathlon in Peisey-Vallandry!
At the heart of the Pont Baudin Nordic center—situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters—the Peisey-Vallandry biathlon stadium invites you to enjoy a unique experience combining physical exertion, precision, and self-control within an exceptional natural setting.
Follow in the footsteps of Éric Perrot—an Olympic champion who trained at the Peisey-Vallandry Sports Club—and try your hand at this iconic Nordic sport. The stadium boasts high-quality facilities, featuring a shooting range equipped with 25 mechanical targets that accommodate both 50m and 10m shooting.
Whether you wish to discover biathlon for the first time or refine your technique, introductory sessions and professional coaching are available throughout the winter season.
The site also welcomes clubs, groups, companies, and committees looking to organize training camps, practice sessions, or seminars in a prime location right on the doorstep of Vanoise National Park.

- 1 to 2 people (.22 Long Rifle shooting) – ages 14+: from €115
- 1 to 2 people (laser rifle shooting) – ages 7+: from €98
Access to the shooting range for clubs and athletes
Book your time slot via email: nordique@peisey-nancroix.fr (at least by 7 PM the day before).
Access to the biathlon stadium is open—by registration only—to:
- Instructors and coaches holding a State-recognized qualification (DE Nordic)
- Licensed adult athletes holding an independent shooting certification
- Licensed federation supervisors holding a Level 2 federation qualification (MF2 Biathlon)
For licensed minors, activities must be strictly supervised by an individual holding a DE or MF2 Biathlon qualification.
First-time registration: please present your professional ID card, independent shooting certificate or qualification, and license or civil liability insurance.
Rates
- Half-day: €5/shooting lane (max. 3 people)
- Season: €40/lane/biathlete
What about summer? Biathlon can be enjoyed without snow, too!
When the snowy trails give way to lush green alpine pastures, biathlon lives on in Peisey-Vallandry. Thanks to laser shooting, .22 LR rifle shooting, and roller-skiing, you can discover or hone your skills in this discipline throughout the summer season.It is a unique way to step into the shoes of a biathlete and work on your endurance and precision, all while enjoying the exceptional setting of the Pont Baudin Nordic site.
