THE PANORAMIC TERRACE AT VALLANDRY (2,130 m)

A lovely spot for families to relax between ski lessons, admire the 360° panorama and visit the Mountain Animals Museum to learn more about biodiversity and how to protect it. The terrace, equipped with rocking deckchairs and picnic tables, offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. In addition, vending machines selling local products and drinks are installed in an indoor living area: something to delight food lovers!

THE BALCONY OVER THE VANOISE (2,150 m)

The balcony over the Vanoise promises unforgettable moments where time seems to stand still. Whether you are a nature lover, photography enthusiast or simply seeking a moment of tranquillity, the Balcony on La Vanoise is the ideal place to escape from everyday life and be charmed by the grandeur of the Bellecôte and Aiguille Rousse mountain ranges.

THE VARET PANORAMIC TERRACE (2,730m)

Warning: you'll fall in love! At the top of the resort, perched at an altitude of over 2,700m, is a panoramic terrace that will make your head spin faster than a blindfolded slalom descent. It's at the arrival point of the Varet cable car in Arc 2000 that you'll feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Visitors are greeted by a breathtaking view. The peaks of Roignais and Pierra Menta stand proudly, making hearts beat faster and eyes sparkle.

  • Accessible to skiers and pedestrians alike, it's the ideal place to stop off before climbing to the summit of Aiguille Rouge.

THE CARRELEY PANORAMA (2,380 m)

View of Mont Blanc! Be captivated by the giant rock formations that defy the heavens. At the foot of the Col des Frettes, on the panoramic terrace, visitors can test their knowledge of the peaks and try to spot Mont Blanc. Ideal for taking a break, the relaxation area has rocking deckchairs and a swing that will delight children of all ages. Don't forget to take a selfie in front of the giant LES ARCS letters against the backdrop of the mountain range.

COMBORCIERE VIEWPOINT (2,310 m)

It's snack time! On the slopes of Arc 2000, there's a perfect spot to enjoy your picnic with a magnificent view. But that's not all! The terrace offers all the comfort you need for a little post-lunch nap in the sun, the perfect opportunity to top up your tan. Finally, no more fooling around, it's time to put your skis back on and hit the red ‘Secret’ run or the black ‘Comborcière’ run for the more daring.
