Christmas Comes to Peisey-Vallandry

21 December

The magic of Christmas arrives in Vallandry! During the welcome gathering, children (and parents!) can post their letters and drawings in Santa Claus's special mailbox. And for those who remember to include their postal address, a wonderful surprise awaits: a personalised reply from Santa Claus, delivered straight to their letterbox!

The celebrations continue in Vallandry with a magical children's torchlight descent! Enjoy a beautiful display of glowing lights, a wonderful spectacle for the whole family.

23 December

On the eve of Christmas Eve, Peisey-Vallandry is dressed in its finest festive colours! Head to Peisey-Village and Vallandry for an evening filled with festive cheer, delicious treats and local traditions.

The magic of Christmas is in full swing in Vallandry! On this eagerly awaited day, children take centre stage with fun-filled activities, surprising encounters and, of course, a special visit from Santa Claus.

New Year's Eve in Peisey-Vallandry: Celebrate the End of the Year in Style!

31 December

To welcome the New Year, Peisey-Vallandry invites you to the Vallandry snow front for an unforgettable evening! From late afternoon, enjoy sporting activities and spectacular light displays before the celebrations continue with live music and festive entertainment.

Vallandry Snow Front | From 5 pm

  • 5 pm to 6:30 pm – Sporting Activities: try Fat Biking and electric snow scooters for free.
  • 6 pm – Torchlight Descent: watch the ESF ski instructors light up the slopes in a spectacular torchlight display.
  • 7:30 pm – Children's Fireworks Display: a magical first fireworks show to delight younger visitors.
  • 8 pm – Festive Music: soak up the lively atmosphere as the countdown to the New Year begins.
  • 11 pm – Live Concert by Doc Martin: get ready for an exciting live music performance to kick the celebrations into high gear!
  • Midnight – 🎉 Grand New Year's Eve Fireworks Display: welcome 2027 beneath a spectacular sky bursting with colour.
  • 12:15 am – Concert Resumes: keep the party going with more live music from Doc Martin!
