Having your accommodation classified as a furnished tourist accommodation is a simple process that brings many benefits, both for the owner and for the resort:


Benefits for the owner:

  • Enhance your property: the classification is a guarantee of quality and increases the visibility of your accommodation among holidaymakers.
  • Optimize your taxation: a classified accommodation benefits from a more favorable tax regime.
  • Access more promotional channels: in the near future, the Tourist Office and institutional organizations will no longer be able to promote non-classified accommodations.

A simple and fast process

The classification process is now simplified:
  1. Contact the departmental services (OT73).
  2. A certified professional visits your accommodation directly.
  3. At the end of the visit, you receive your classification certificate.

The evaluation grid is based on 112 objective criteria used to determine the level of comfort and equipment of your accommodation (from 1 to 5 stars).
