Chalet LE BALCON DU QUIET

The inside of the chalet is all wooded and very cosy.
The chalet is located 400m from the "televillage" (access to the ski resort) and from the shuttlebus which goes to the Vanoise National park. You will find the shops 600m further up the road in the chief town called Peisey village.
Level 0: Entrance, lounge-kitchen-dining area, 40sqm, closed chimney, 2 sofa, one large picture window with access on the balcony, small room with a pool table, storage place with a freezer. Kitchen equipment: gas cooker, big oven, dish-washer, fridge, micro-wave, perculator, kettle, toaster, electric frier...
Level -1: flat ground with deckchairs and electric barbecue.
1 Bedroom (17sqm) with 2 single beds and one pull out bed for 2 pers, shower, french window opening on the outside.
1 double bedroom without window, one bedroom with 2 single beds, each with showers. One bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 Independent toilets with handbasins. One bathroom with shower and hydromassaging jets, sauna and washing machine.
Level + 1: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 singles and shower, both bedroom with balcony.
One bathroom with a bath and bubbles. Toilets with handbasin. One open room on the lounge with television (Flat screen, DVD player, satelite chanels...). All the bathrooms have their own towels heater.
Animals forbidden.

sales conditions :

30% first down payment. balance to be paid one month before arrival.
Security deposit 700 € to be paid to the accomodation provider . returned within the week afture departure.
