This evening, discover the secrets of making Beaufort, raclette and tomme at the workshop of the Fomagerie de Peisey! From milk to aperitif board, there is only one step... and a lot of know-how!

We would be delighted to share our craft and much more with you – a true passion!

Meeting time & place: Wednesdays at 4:45 pm from December 16, 2026 to April 21, 2027, at La Chenarie, in front of the Peisey cheese factory. Follow the signs for "Fromagerie de Peisey" at the entrance to La Chenarie. (Do not confuse this with the Prairie farm, which is a separate farm located near the chapel.)

Recommended from age 10, with a maximum of 30 participants per visit.

Easy access: 20-minute walk from the Nancroix "Bon Air" bus stop.

Please note: there is no shuttle service back. A car is necessary for those not staying in Nancroix.
