This summer, Peisey-Vallandry and the Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry Mountain Area have plenty of surprises in store for you. New facilities, new activities and new routes will enhance the mountain experience for the whole family.A Pump Track Open from July
The New Hotspot for Bike Enthusiasts
One of the major highlights of summer 2026 is the arrival of a new dirt pump track within the multisports area. Designed for all skill levels, this fun facility helps riders improve their balance, coordination and bike-handling skills thanks to a course featuring rollers and banked turns.Suitable for beginners and experienced mountain bikers alike, it is set to become a must-visit attraction in the resort. Meet at the base of the Grizzly chairlift.
Biathlon Can Now Be Enjoyed in Summer Too
Follow in the Footsteps of Eric Perrot
Peisey-Vallandry continues to strengthen its connection with the world of biathlon. This summer, the Nordic area will offer visitors the chance to discover:- Classic and skating roller skiing
- Laser shooting
- .22 biathlon sessions supervised by Montagne Expérience (ESF)
A unique activity that lets you experience the thrill of biathlon champions in an exceptional natural setting.
A New Village Lift Is on the Way
The Lonzagne Lift Is Being Transformed
Summer 2026 marks the start of a major construction project in Peisey-Vallandry: the transformation of the iconic Lonzagne village lift. The famous open-air "baskets" will be replaced by a modern 10-person gondola lift, offering greater comfort and faster access.Key benefits of the future lift:
- Journey time reduced to just 3 minutes 20 seconds
- Improved comfort
- Better accessibility
- Capacity of up to 900 passengers per hour
Please note: During the construction works, the connection between Peisey Village and the resort will be temporarily closed and replaced by a dedicated shuttle service.
La Berge
A New Trail for Nature-Loving Mountain Bikers
The Bike Park is expanding with a new Cross-Country trail called La Berge.This red-rated loop, measuring 1.32 km with 57 metres of elevation gain, combines:
- Flowing sections
- Gentle climbs
- Accessible descents
- A preserved natural environment
Located on the mountain bike link between Arc 1800 and Arc 1600, it is ideal for riders looking to build endurance while enjoying stunning alpine scenery.
A Suspended Balcony Overlooking the Peaks
The Balcony in the Clouds Goes into Summer Mode
Following its success this winter, the Balcony in the Clouds unveils its summer version. Located at the Col de la Chal, this panoramic viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the Alpine peaks.For summer 2026, several new features have been added to enhance the experience:
- A climbing wall for children
- A slide integrated into the relaxation area
- New cloud-shaped seating areas
The perfect place to take in the scenery and enjoy a relaxing break at altitude.
Roule Ma Boule
A Family Activity at the Top of Cachette
Located between the top station of the Cachette chairlift and the entrance to the Malgovert Forest, Roule Ma Boule is a new play area designed especially for children.The concept is simple: guide wooden balls through a series of fun interactive modules while discovering the mountain environment along the way.
