Immerse yourself in the mountain environment and its energy. Over the course of an hour, Rebecca will introduce you to a unique yoga style rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, incorporating traditional energy practices.

Practical Information:
Meeting point at Rosuel, next to Les Campettes (in case of bad weather, meet at the Vallandry multi-purpose hall)
Minimum age: 14 years old
What to bring: Water bottle, yoga mat, and comfortable, warm clothing (mats available if you do not have your own)
