For European Heritage Days, the APMFS and APCC 6570 will run a vintage historic train on Sunday, September 20, serving Landry from Chambéry, Albertville, Moûtiers, Aime-la-Plagne, and Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
The Association for the Preservation of Savoyard Railway Equipment (APMFS) is based at the Chambéry roundhouse. It has been preserving and restoring historic locomotives and passenger carriages since 2002.
This train service offers an affordable, shared, and low-carbon way to travel to events in the valley during the European Heritage Days (JEP).
The 1970s-era trainset will also include a van allowing for the free transport of bicycles.
