Discover the plant treasures of the mountain during an immersive day dedicated to alpine flora.

Marie-Odile, a mountain guide specializing in botany and Nordic walking, offers personalized day hikes with plenty of walking tips based on yoga and weight-bearing techniques, tailored to each participant's abilities and expectations.

This outing focuses on discovering the diversity of high-altitude plants and their specific adaptations to different vegetation zones. You will discover the beauty and usefulness of numerous species and protected areas in this world so closely linked to geology, fauna, and insects. Sharpen your mind and senses, take the time to smell, touch (without picking!), and observe closely this small, fragile world of Arctic-alpine flora. Deepen your knowledge of edible and beneficial plants, and relax in the heart of nature's rejuvenating power!

Meeting point: 8:50 a.m., Vanoise National Park office, Rosuel refuge
Group size: 6 to 12 people. Hikes in the commune of Peisey-Nancroix - 7 hours (frequent stops) - Elevation gain: 400/500m.
Midday break: picnic (bring your own) and relaxation.
Please bring: good walking shoes, backpack, picnic lunch, snacks, water (1L per person), hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, binoculars are a plus. Magnifying glasses will be provided. Enjoy some Génépi liqueur!
