An amazing walk to recharge your batteries and heal your body and mind through various sensitive and sensory approaches in the heart of nature: the energies of trees and plants which have healing powers with countless positive repercussions!
Wellness and Health Walks: Half-day forest therapy sessions for a true immersion in nature and the forest. Accompanied by a botanist and psychotherapist, you will discover various practices such as Qi Gong, Yoga, Do In, meditation, mindful walking, and Afghan walking.
Forest therapy is an ancient practice that has been revived and is experiencing a resurgence in popularity (from the Greek words silva, meaning forest, and therapeia, meaning cure). Simple and inspiring preventative and therapeutic practices will be offered to help you experience the benefits of nature: relaxation, rejuvenation, and disconnection from urban pollution will be the hallmarks of this surprisingly therapeutic walk.
